Sunflower sprouts and Carrot Salad

Ingredients
1. 1 medium sized carrot
2. 1 small onion
3. 1 small bunch of sunflower sprouts
4. 1 tsp roasted sunflower seed
5. 1 lime
6. ¼ tsp rock salt
7. ¼ tsp raw sugar
8. 2 tsp sunflower oil
9. Cumin seed
10. Curry leaves
11. 2 dried chilies
12. Grated coconut

Method

1. Chop sunflower sprouts
2. Grate coconut
3. Place carrots at the bottom of the bowl, then the sunflower sprouts and grated coconut
4. Toss in the sunflower seeds
5. Sprinkle salt and sugar
6. Warm oil in a bowl. Add the Dried Chilies & curry leaves
7. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
8. Now add to the salad and cover
